Based in Dunfermline, Fife, Pete Hogg set up Heading Out in 2024. Pete is a certified forest therapy practitioner with a diploma in breathwork and grounding. He is thankful to have had family, friends and colleagues who have helped him to experience nature connection and is passionate about sharing potential benefits with others.
